एक तस्वीर खुद की देख रही थी, जो शायद कभी तुमने ली थी, एक अलग से मुस्कुराहट थी, एक अलग सी आँखों में राहत थी. ना जाने कब वो लम्हा गुज़र गया, जो थमा हुआ था अर्सों से, तेरे मेरे प्यार के नाम जो लिखे थे खत, वो कहाँ बरसे थे. मैं वहीं खड़ी भीग रही हूँ, बरखा बादल सब गुज़र गये, तुमको आना ही था यहाँ, इसी उम्मीद पे मैं हूँ वहीं रुकी. मैं अब भी तस्वीरें खिचवाती हूँ, हर एक में खूब मुस्कुराती हूँ, सब देखते हैं चेहरा मेरा, कोई पढ़ ना सके आँखें मेरी. तेरी खींची तस्वीरों में, अब भी कहीं अपनी हँसी ढूँढती हूँ मैं, क्या कहाँ ग़लत हुआ, यही खुद से फिर पूछती हूँ मैं. ज़िंदगी गुज़र रही है झूठी तसल्लियों में, वहीं तकती हूँ तेरी राह जहाँ था मिलना का वादा किया, दिल कहता है तुम आओगे, तुम्हे आना ही होगा, फिर यकीन भी जागता है, की तुम नहीं लौटोग, वादे फिर खुद को दोहराते हैं मगर, फिर यकीन भी जागता है, की तुम नहीं लौटोग,

I mirror... When I look at our old pictures, I mirror the part of me that I lost, I mirror the darkness in those bright filters, I mirror the emotions that  were not worth the shot, I mirror the broken pieces that still glitter. I mirror the smiles that were partially fake, I mirror the relationship for which I put everything at stake, I mirror the devil with a rose in his hand, I mirror the blindedness and the slipping sand. I mirror myself at the weakest end, I mirror the enemy that once was a friend, I mirror the letters that you never wrote, I mirror the lies that you never showed, I mirror the fairytale of which I dreamt, I mirror the love that meant life then. I mirror the betrayal that came barefoot, I mirror the reminders that it was all for good, I mirror the times I wrote suicide notes, I mirror the dry tears and inner flood, I mirror the pain that made me feel numb, I mirror the feeling of nothingness, I mirror the anxiety that didn't let me...

Beauty is all about the ways in which you see yourself. It is about the every ordinary moment of your life that becomes extra ordinary just by your approach towards life and the way you shine from within. The essence of happiness is engraved over the interiors of your own strength. At times, being happy becomes tough and life becomes tougher; those are the times when you have to hold the moment and remind yourself how amazing you are. Keep going. Keep breathing. There are so many untold stories in our lives; stories that we don't want to tell about.. even to ourselves. They live within us, around us and we still keep running away. Stories of bad decisions, mistakes, wrong judgements and choices ! But do we actually succeed ? No. We can never escape from the haunting stories that pinch us, when we are sitting alone or in a room filled with five or five hundred people. They grow us, they enlighten us.. in indescribable ways. So remember, it's not going to work out if we keep avoiding and running away! Accept them, embrace them, that's the way it should be, that's the way life should be!

♥️|वक़्त से टूट-ता लम्हा था मैं, तुमने थामा तो गुज़र गया.| ♥️|शर्त यह थी की फ़ासले यादें धुँधला देंगे,  आज उसका ख़याल आया और फिर मोहब्बत हो गयी.| |काग़ज़ के फूल देता था वो, ♥️कहता था यह मुरझाते नहीं, अब भी मेरे कमरे में सजे हैं वो,  बस उनसे उसकी खुश्बू आती नहीं.| ♥️|मैने सोचा था की नशे की लत तेरी मोहब्बत भुला देगी,  लेकिन कहाँ यह मालूम था की एक लत दूसरी लत को मिटाती नहीं.| ♥️|खामोशी से टूट कर एक गुज़रा लम्हा आज गिरा था, मैने ढूँढा बहुत पर हाथ बस मायूसी लगी.| |♥️तितलियाँ ख़यालों की उड़ते उड़ते फिर तेरे ज़िक्र पर आ रुकी,  कुछ कह ना सके हम लेकिन, महफ़िल में तन्हा मुस्कुराते हुए पकड़े गये.| ♥️|आज फिर नींद नहीं आएगी लगता है, सितारों से कहना मुझे देखें यूँ ही रात भर.| ♥️|क्या पहनु ऐसा जिस से यह घम मेरा छुप सके,  अब तो बदन भी तेरे दिए ज़ख़्मों से महेकता है.|

बड़ी बेसब्र थी ज़िंदगी, तेरे आने से एक ठहराव आ गया, खुद को भुला चुके थे,  ना जाने फिर भी क्यूँ तेरा ख्वाब आ गया. मुफ़लिसी थी जज़्बातों की,  तूने हमें कायानात यह दे दी, बस देख लिया एक नज़र जो तूने, हर सेहरा की गली भीग सी गयी. मशालें जल चुकी थी,  और दरवाज़े पर दस्तकें तही सैकरों, हम आस लगाए बैठे तहे तूफ़ानो की,  तुम आ गये और रोशनी से,  आँखें छूंढिया गयी. अब दोष ना देना हमें,  अगर बर्बाद हो जायें बिन तेरे, की आबाद हम तुमसे हुए थे, आज़ाद हम तुमसे हुए थे,  यह याद रखना, हंस लेना हम पर भी कभी यूँ ही, और बातें यही फिर दोहराना, हम आज भी तेरे हैं,  और कल भी तेरे रहेंगे.
